What billing plan will be better for me—monthly or annual?

By paying for a year in advance, you save money and time. Money, because you get 12 months paying for 10. And time because you make one payment and post one invoice—instead of twelve.

Can I buy the full service before my trial account expires?

Yes, you don’t have to wait until the end of the 14-day trial period. Moreover, the subscription you will buy will be extended by the number of unused days from your trial period.

If my service expires, will I be able to renew it one day?

Yes, your service will wait for you blocked.

How to extend service validity?

Click the "extend" link next to the expiry date of your service in ‘Your account’ section.

How can I pay for the service?

We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal payments.

When and why do you add the VAT (Value Added Tax) to my order value?

Since we are a European Union based company, we have to add 23% Value Added Tax to all individual customers from the EU. EU companies which provide us with their VAT ID - as well as all non-EU residents - don't have to pay us the VAT.

Can I change my subscription package for another one?

Of course. Click the "change" link next to the name of your current subscription in the "Your account" section.
If you are switching to a cheaper plan, remember to remove the excess tests—and that some functions may no longer be available after the change.

What should I do to have another person receive notifications about the expiration of the account, about the number of available text message and voice notifications running out, and invoices?

In the "Your contacts" section, add a user and check the "send invoices and reminders" option. Don't forget to save the settings.
