FAQ: Logging in and account settings

I forgot my password. What should I do now?

If you enter incorrect login data you will see a message with a link to be used to reset the password.
You will be asked to give your email address you registered your account with. Then an email message with a special one-time link will be sent to that address. When you click the link you will see a form which will let you set a new password.

What do you need my address and company name for?

Only for invoicing purposes.
If you use the trial account you do not need to give this information.

How do I change the main e-mail address of an account?

Edit it in the "Your account" section and click "save". An email will be sent to your e-mail address with a verification link which you must click to confirm the new address.

How can I withdraw my marketing consent?

If you don't want to receive special offers from us (we send them very rarely), just uncheck the checkbox that expresses consent to receiving marketing and commercial information at the bottom of the "Your account" section.

How can I delete my account?

At the very bottom of the "Your account" section you'll find the "Delete account" link. Clicking it and then confirming will completely delete the account, including all tests and their history.
