Government Website and Online Public Service Monitoring 🏛️

24/7 monitoring for government websites, citizen portals, and online public services

  • Is your government website down?
  • Is a citizen or service portal unavailable?
  • Can a user not complete an online public service?

Find out immediately when something goes wrong — even outside normal business hours.

Government website monitoring

Super Monitoring detects not only complete website outages, but also:
  • missing expected content
  • excessive page load time
  • expiring SSL certificates or domains
  • appearance on blacklists
  • accidental blocking of search-engine crawlers.

The same approach can be used for public information, citizen, and service portals — checking both availability and correct content.

Monitoring online public services

monitoring
The correct operation of citizen and service portals can be verified by automatically running defined monitoring scenarios.

Super Monitoring simulates a real user in a normal web browser and performs each step of the scenario: it selects options, fills out forms, clicks buttons, and checks the results of individual actions.

External monitoring

Monitoring is performed entirely from the outside and requires no installation of software or additional components in the organization’s infrastructure.

This means availability is checked from the perspective of real users.

Detected outages can be automatically verified using independent monitoring stations. This eliminates the vast majority of false alarms caused, for example, by local network issues at a single monitoring location.

Flexible notifications

alerts
Detected and confirmed incidents can be reported immediately — including outside normal business hours — to multiple recipients, including external vendors. Alerts can be delivered by email or SMS.

Additional alerts can be sent after a defined incident duration and again when the incident ends. SMS notification hours can be limited individually for each user.

For planned work, one-time or recurring maintenance windows can be defined so alerts for selected services are temporarily suppressed.

Detailed reports

Super Monitoring keeps a history of measurements and incidents. Reports can be generated for each monitored service individually or combined for selected groups, either on demand or on a recurring weekly or monthly schedule.

Each incident can also include diagnostic information that helps with root-cause analysis, including screenshots and HTML snapshots.

Public status pages

With just a few clicks, you can publish a dedicated page showing the current status of selected services.

It can serve as an additional communication channel for users, providing information about service availability and current technical issues.

Cybersecurity support

Availability monitoring does not replace security systems such as SIEM, SOC, EDR, or internal infrastructure monitoring.

However, it can complement them by detecting and reporting externally visible effects of security incidents, such as downtime, severe slowdowns, or incorrect behavior of public websites and online services.

With external monitoring, information about such incidents can reach responsible staff independently of internal infrastructure-monitoring mechanisms.
