Super Monitoring alerts can be displayed in a selected room in your Google Chat.

How it works

Super Monitoring allows you to send alerts via webhooks to a specified URL. If this is a URL within the chat.googleapis.com domain, the transmitted data is formatted appropriately for Google Chat.

Configuration

  1. In Google Chat, go to the Space where the alerts should appear.
  2. Click the Space name and select “Apps and integrations”, then “Webhooks”.
  3. Click “Add webhook” and give it a name (e.g. “Super Monitoring”).
  4. Copy the webhook URL to the clipboard and save.
  5. Create a new webhook in the “Contacts” section of the Super Monitoring panel by pasting the previously copied URL and assigning a name to the webhook.
  6. In the configuration of the selected checks, enable sending alerts to the new webhook.
